Simply not performing in a competitive manner

The ACC peers, FSU, Ga Tech Miami,Clemson, UNC, UVA ND all have solid nationally competitive programs, cpaching staffs well respected nationally,....great facilities (how about UVA adding 2500 seating to their baseball stadium to 7500 wow....All have the same scholarship limits. SO it comes down to getting the best players wherever they are,... get them to play at VT and be able to be competitive.

Simple as that....
